An assessment is an opportunity for you to:

*Provide a bit more information about how different aspects of your life have been in the recent past (e.g. your health and emotional wellbeing, social and occupational circumstances, and the day to day aspects of life);
*Think about the goals you would like to work towards;
*See how it feels to meet with, and speak to, a therapist.

I will facilitate to help you explore your innate resources to find your own solutions and fulfil your personal potential.
Crisis intervention is mental health support provided when a person is experiencing intense, unexpected symptoms or a crisis.
Structured and interactive session in a meaningful environment which guides the group through a process that will lead to great outcomes.
